Tasty toast makes for great breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack! You can customize, have as many slices as you want and eat other delicious things on the side.
One of my go-to lunches during colder months is soup and avocado toast. Mmmmm mmm mmm.
I was inspired to wrangle these recipes when I posted my favorite springy avocado toast (with radishes, mint and lemon juice) on Instagram and realized how few iterations of toast I make!
Outside of the classic peanut butter & banana and my usual avocado toast, I really don’t eat toast! Maybe that’s because I know what I like (I even concocted the tastiest spice blend to sprinkle atop smashed avo: smoked paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper), but maybe it’s because I’m stuck in a toast rut.
Either way, I’m determined to try more tasty toast. Here’s what I found from food bloggers and dietitians around the internet — enjoy!

I love having an avocado toast for breakfast. If it was for me I would eat it every day.
