In todays’ world,
nutrition can seem
incredibly complicated

but it doesn’t have to be

You’ve probably already scoured the internet for advice on what or how you “should” be eating.

If you’re like most of our clients, your research may have left you even more confused than when you started.

There’s a lot out there about nutrition that can increase anxiety, frustration, and feeling that the way you eat is never “good enough.” Our goal is to support you in making your relationship with food more peaceful, joyful, and simple. You get to break up with diets for good, and experience what it’s like to truly listen to and trust your body. And if you happen to be vegan, we can support you in ensuring that you’re getting all the nutrients you need, and not feeling restricted.

If you’re ready to have more peace with food,

we’ve got you covered

We offer nutrition services in several formats to support clients with a variety of needs and budgets:

We work with both vegans and non-vegans using an Intuitive Eating approach to help you connect with your body’s inner wisdom, and gain the confidence to make food and movement decisions based on what feels best for you.

Our philosophy is aligned with Health at Every Size®; so while we don’t provide weight loss services, we always hold space for any size or weight concerns that you have, and offer support and guidance as you work toward a more positive relationship with your body. We also love supporting folks on their journey to freedom from chronic dieting, disordered eating and eating disorders.

One-On-One Nutrition Counseling

While we believe our clients are the experts of their own bodies, we also know how complex bodies can be when it comes to food and its interaction with everything else we have going on. Our clients are often trying to figure out their body’s nutritional needs while factoring in numerous other variables like busy schedules, GI issues, allergies, eating disorder recovery, and unlearning decades of diet culture conditioning.

With individualized nutrition counseling, we take the guesswork out by creating a plan that is custom tailored to your unique needs.

And because nutrition doesn’t exist in a vacuum, we also work with our clients on other health-promoting behaviors and goals such as intuitive eating, joyful movement, quality sleep, stress management, and more. For our clients in eating disorder recovery or working on specific health issues, we are happy to collaborate with your therapist, physician, or treatment team.

All of our sessions are held on a secure telehealth platform, which allows us to work with clients from the comfort of their own home. For answers to many common questions about our services, visit our FAQ page.

There are a lot of dietitians out there, but…

We aren’t your average dietitians

What makes us different?

Our philosophy is one of inclusivity across the board: We are unequivocally anti-diet, fat-positive/weight-inclusive, LGBTQ+ allied, and anti-racist. We believe in a pursuit of well-being that is focused on joy and liberation, not on conforming to unhealthy standards and rules.

We practice veganism not as a diet, but as an extension of our anti-oppression values. While vegan nutrition is one of our specialties, you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to work with us, and we’ll never pressure you to do so.

What our clients are saying...

Working with Taylor was an amazing investment in myself.
I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and body for about 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me work through my issues. I learned so much about myself in the process. Taylor provided ongoing guidance and encouragement and made the transition to intuitive eating less overwhelming and more manageable. Taylor’s warmth and kindness immediately made me feel comfortable opening up to her.
- Kristy
Taylor was a godsend for me.
I was overwhelmed with the amount of information out there on health and how to eat. I was so over diets and sick of obsessing around food. I was looking for guidance on Intuitive Eating when I found Taylor. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and an amazingly supportive coach. I enjoy food without guilt and I’m on the path to loving my body.
- Katie
Working with Taylor is like stepping into the total non-judgment zone.
I felt comfortable actually trying out different eating strategies and foods to help address some of my chronic health issues without having to worry that I would just be told to “eat healthier” or exercise harder when I’m not feeling my best. With her help, I’m gaining confidence in listening to my body cues around hunger and fullness and letting go of the guilt around food.
- Lauren
Working with Jessica has given me so much more freedom in my life.
I am a person in a bigger body with anorexia and orthorexia who is also vegan. Jessica provided me the space to heal with a weight-neutral approach, expertise in veganism, specific recommendations for peer support, and useful literature, all while maintaining a funny and open disposition. The best part about Jessica is that she is a good listener that helps me believe that I can trust my body’s wisdom. This is the first experience I have had tackling this lifelong issue with ED where I didn't feel shamed, but instead felt supported and nurtured.
